About The Position
API Heat Transfer is seeking a dependable, quality-focused Brazer to join the manufacturing team at General Thermodynamics in Franklin, Wisconsin. The role involves hands-on preparation and assembly of heat exchanger components, brazing, and inspection of finished work in accordance with production documentation and quality standards. The Brazer will work safely and efficiently to meet production goals and contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives. This is a full-time position scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime is available based on business needs.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, assembly, brazing, welding, or fabrication experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare heat exchanger components for brazing operations.
- Perform brazing activities in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect products for accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Read and follow blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and production documentation.
- Work safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
- Support continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.
