Most communication is conducted via email, and no phone interaction is required for contractors. Responsibilities include working within Excel, Smartsheet, Photoshop (for formatting only), and internal tools to process branding updates, maintain data accuracy, and meet tight deadlines. Candidates will also support efforts related to upcoming organizational changes (Commonwealth transition), requiring adaptability and process adherence.
