About The Position

The Digital Engagement for Performance Management team helps employees understand, adopt, and engage with major performance, development, leadership, and organizational transformation initiatives by applying branding, storytelling, content strategy, design, and employee experience principles. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strategic thinking, content development, communications, UX content, and brand storytelling capabilities. The individual must be able to determine what should be communicated and how it should be communicated, not simply execute writing assignments. This is a long-term REMOTE contract role with our Fortune 100 life science client. We have been working with them for over 20 years, and you will be joining our team of 50+ professionals.

Requirements

  • Large Agency background (brand, creative, or communications) or large enterprise environments
  • Strong exposure to high-quality strategy and content development
  • Internal communications and employee engagement
  • Experience developing content across multiple formats
  • Experience with Content Strategy, Brand Strategy, and/or Creative Strategy roles

Responsibilities

  • Develop messaging frameworks, narratives, positioning, naming conventions, and content structures.
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape communication strategies.
  • Translate complex enterprise initiatives, programs, processes, and digital products, making them simple, clear, and compelling.
  • Make enterprise information accessible and relevant to employees.
  • Apply brand and audience engagement principles to internal communications.
  • Create campaign-style messaging that is memorable and impactful.
  • Maintain consistent voice and messaging across channels.
  • Positioning large enterprise initiatives.
  • Leadership development program narratives.
  • Digital product content and UX writing.
