About The Position

Lexus of Thousand Oaks is seeking Brand Specialists to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or other guest-facing roles who are looking to transition into the automotive industry. The company emphasizes a hospitality-first mindset and provides comprehensive training in Lexus brand and product knowledge. Brand Specialists are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, from initial greeting to post-sale follow-up, and are key to upholding the luxury reputation of the Lexus brand.

Requirements

• No automotive experience required -- we will invest in your Lexus brand and product training from day one
• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or a guest-facing role strongly preferred
• Polished, professional presence -- Lexus guests expect to feel genuinely welcomed and expertly served from the first interaction
• Natural communicator who listens well, builds rapport quickly, and follows through with integrity
• Self-motivated with a genuine desire to grow your earnings and your career
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A genuine hospitality mindset -- the guest experience is your standard, not a checklist

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Possess a deep understanding of the brand's vehicle lineup, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase the brand's vehicles.
• Present vehicle options and packages to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate vehicle prices and financing terms with guests.
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain contact with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Assist in maintaining accurate vehicle inventory records.
• Contribute to a clean and organized dealership environment.
