Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with a Field Team servicing doors across North America. They work with leading beauty brands, providing in-store support at retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. The company has over 200 beauty professionals serving more than 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada and was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. The Brand Specialist role is designed to support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retail environments, focusing on achieving sales targets, building relationships, and increasing brand awareness. This is a fluctuating, part-time position where the work schedule varies monthly based on brand needs and travel requirements. Brand Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry.
