About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Authorizations Specialist who can take ownership of the insurance authorization process and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your work directly supports timely care for families.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with families and payers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with insurance authorizations or healthcare administration
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- BCBA certification or in progress is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Manage ABA service authorizations from submission through approval
- Communicate with insurance companies and payers to obtain and maintain approvals
- Keep families informed on authorization status and next steps
- Maintain accurate, organized records and documentation
- Partner with clinical and admin teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
