The Brand Reputation Manager serves as a strategic communications advisor responsible for protecting and strengthening the reputation of Inspire Brands and its portfolio of iconic restaurant brands. This role leads issue management and crisis communications efforts, partnering closely with Brand Communications, Legal, Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Corporate Security, and Executive Leadership to navigate complex reputational challenges and emerging risks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment under pressure, and serves as a trusted resource during both routine and high-impact situations. This position plays a critical role in the organization's preparedness, response, and recovery efforts related to reputational issues. This position is based in the Atlanta Global Support Center.
