As a Brand Promoter, you’ll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in-home consultations. You’re not chasing. Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco locations
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours
• Flexible schedule required (nights/weekends included)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Thrive with autonomy and personal accountability
• Don’t need external validation to stay motivated
• Can be ignored and keep going without losing momentum
• Naturally likable, confident, and composed
• Believe failure is not an option—ever
• Highly motivated in everything you do and come back for more
