About The Position

As a Brand Promoter, you’ll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in-home consultations. This role is for individuals who thrive with autonomy and personal accountability, can handle being ignored and keep going without losing momentum, are naturally likable, confident, and composed, and believe failure is not an option. It's a performance-driven environment where effort turns into results and results turn into real money and opportunity.

Requirements

• Prior experience in marketing or as a Brand Promoter
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco locations
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours
• Flexible schedule required (nights/weekends included)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
