About The Position

As a Brand Promoter, you’ll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in-home consultations. This role is for individuals who thrive with autonomy and personal accountability, don't need external validation to stay motivated, and can be ignored and keep going without losing momentum. Requirements

• Prior experience in marketing or as a Brand Promoter is preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco locations
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours
• Flexible schedule required (nights/weekends included)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Thrive with autonomy and personal accountability
• Don’t need external validation to stay motivated
• Can be ignored and keep going without losing momentum
• Naturally likable, confident, and composed
• Believe failure is not an option
• Highly motivated in everything you do and come back for more

• $35 per appointment
• Unlimited bonus potential
