About The Position

This role is for a Brand & Media Operations Manager at a financial services company. The manager will be responsible for developing brand positioning and messaging across digital channels, managing media relationships, building a content ecosystem, driving user acquisition, and coordinating with KOLs and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in branding, media relations, or content operations.
  • Deep familiarity with the global social media ecosystem and community-driven conversion strategies.
  • Strong understanding of trading products, including FX/Gold trading, copy trading, and IB business models.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute comprehensive content strategies while analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand positioning and messaging across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent and professional image for trading products.
  • Manage relationships with global financial media and industry-specific platforms to secure high-tier exposure and strengthen brand authority.
  • Build and operate a comprehensive content ecosystem across platforms like Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on market insights and educational content.
  • Drive user acquisition by designing conversion paths from social communities to account opening and deposit through engaging online activities.
  • Coordinate with KOLs and partners to ensure compliant messaging while tracking data metrics to optimize channel efficiency and content performance.
