About The Position

We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Sr. Manager to support the execution and operational excellence of marketing initiatives across FlixBus and Greyhound in North America (US & Canada). Reporting to the Head of Marketing for North America, this role brings integrated marketing campaigns to life by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing marketing operations, overseeing brand governance, and ensuring consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, social media, and integrated campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven experience working with creative teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building campaign reporting frameworks and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable working across multiple business functions; familiarity with project management and marketing collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and support the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across FlixBus and Greyhound, maintaining the North America campaign calendar and delivering post-campaign performance recaps.
  • Execute North American CRM initiatives in partnership with the Global CRM team, coordinating briefs, localization, market-specific messaging, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Own day-to-day management of Greyhound North America social media operations — including agency partnership, social listening, trend monitoring, and channel performance reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly marketing updates, maintain project trackers and documentation libraries, and coordinate marketing requests across departments to keep workflows on track.
  • Review marketing materials for brand consistency, coordinate creative approval workflows, and manage creative requests and briefs with Global Creative teams.
  • Serve as the key liaison between North America Marketing and Global Marketing teams, coordinating meetings, project updates, and cross-functional stakeholder communications.
  • Support new route launches, partnership activations, and regional marketing initiatives, ensuring all deliverables remain aligned with business priorities and launch timelines.
