About The Position

The Brand & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in growing and maintaining the presence of multiple brands across both digital and traditional channels. This position blends content creation with broader marketing execution - supporting campaign planning, managing social media, developing sales enablement materials, and driving direct engagement through email and other digital channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is equally comfortable producing content and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. This role reports directly to marketing leadership and works closely with the Marketing Content Creator to ensure cohesive, high-quality output across all brand touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to create content across formats (written, visual, and multimedia).
  • Understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and audience engagement.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for brand voice and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with email marketing principles and campaign execution.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategy, including CTAs, audience targeting, and campaign structure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing sales enablement materials or B2B marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with social media planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Exposure to direct-to-consumer marketing strategies.
  • Experience contributing to brand development or brand identity work.
  • Experience working in a small or growing marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Create content across social media platforms in collaboration with the Marketing Content Creator.
  • Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple brands, including content calendars and scheduling.
  • Develop sales and marketing materials that support B2B outreach and development efforts.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
  • Contribute to full-funnel campaign planning.
  • Support direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives with a focus on reach and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to align content output with goals across all active brands.
  • Assist with print and packaging material development as needed.
