About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a central part in bringing the Briggs & Riley brand to life by coordinating marketing initiatives, product launches, retailer programs, trade shows, sales enablement projects, and creative development efforts. Acting as a key link between Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and external partners, you will help ensure projects are executed seamlessly, delivered on schedule, and aligned with our premium brand standards. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization and enjoys managing multiple moving pieces. Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing, preferably in premium consumer goods, travel, lifestyle, or retail
  • BA in Marketing, Communications, or other Business Management areas preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Power Point presentation fluency is required
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, vendor invoices and PO processes
  • Strong organizational instincts – being able to track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in AI tools with great judgments where the brand requires human touch
  • Comfort with digital project management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Build polished sales and retail presentations that reflect B&R’s premium positioning
  • Coordinate development, approval and distribution of creative collateral and sales support materials
  • Help proof all brand materials before production – assist with copy, layout, brand execution
  • Maintain and manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring alignment across all initiatives
  • Monitor competitor activity and marketing trends to keep the team informed
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent and reflect Briggs & Riley standards
  • Own simultaneous marketing projects from kick-off to delivery
  • Track timelines and deliverables, maintaining a status report on all active projects
  • Act as the primary liaison between B&R Marketing and Sales teams, evaluating all projects
  • Coordinate product launch timelines, sample dates, and creative needs
  • Manage our new product launch meetings with B&R Sales team
  • Help manage marketing freelancers and external vendors as appropriate
  • Own day to day Marketing budget tracking on initiatives – reconcile POs and invoices
  • Own trade show planning, execution from start to finish
  • Source venues, oversee vendor contracts and coordinate logistics and materials
  • Manage all event communications pre-show
  • Represent the brand at events with retailers
