Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management
  • Experience working with creative teams and/or agencies
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in telecom, broadband, or consumer services a plus

Responsibilities

  • Brand Execution & Campaign Support Execute brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Translate brand strategy into detailed campaign briefs and project plans
  • Ensure alignment of messaging, tone, and visual identity across initiatives
  • Coordinate campaign rollouts across markets
  • Creative Development & Asset Management Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets
  • Manage revisions, approvals, and asset trafficking
  • Maintain brand asset library and creative templates
  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines
  • Production Coordination Support video, digital, print, broadcast, and direct mail production
  • Manage timelines, vendor coordination, and deliverables
  • Track production budgets and invoices
  • Ensure quality control prior to launch
  • Brand Governance Act as day-to-day brand steward for internal stakeholders
  • Review marketing materials for brand compliance
  • Help maintain and update brand guidelines and toolkits
  • Support training and communication around brand standards
  • Budget & Reporting Support Track brand campaign and production spend
  • Assist in performance reporting and brand metrics tracking
  • Maintain organized documentation for forecasting and reconciliation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Growth Marketing to align brand creative with performance objectives
  • Support Cross-Functional teams with brand assets
  • Other duties as assigned
