About The Position

Brand Marketing Manager Job Summary: Unleashed Brands is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to support and enhance our brand presence across several of our brands. This role will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that drive brand consistency, support franchisee success, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker who is passionate about marketing strategy, creative storytelling, and empowering franchise partners to succeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, or marketing coordination, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit environment
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategy, and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SOCi, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for supporting franchise partners and helping families succeed
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Brand Marketing & Campaign Execution Execute brand marketing campaigns that align business goals, visual identity, and voice across digital and traditional channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce branded materials including print collateral, email campaigns, social content, and in-location signage
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reporting and insights for ongoing optimization
  • Maintain brand assets and manage marketing resources within internal systems, ensuring accessibility for key stakeholders
  • Franchisee Support & Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees regarding marketing needs and resources
  • Assist in the planning and deployment of localized marketing strategies that support enrollment goals while maintaining national brand standards
  • Provide day-to-day location marketing support and respond to franchisee questions
  • Onboard new locations with digital marketing resources and platform access
  • Add new administrators to local location Facebook pages and support social media connectivity
  • Social Media Management Schedule organic corporate Facebook and Instagram posts using SOCi platform
  • Own and maintain the corporate organic social media content calendar
  • Develop social media content calendars and support digital engagement initiatives
  • Training & Education Build presentation decks for marketing webinars and training sessions on marketing tactics
  • Train location users on different marketing platforms and tools
  • Provide ongoing education to franchisees on brand standards and marketing best practices
  • Project & System Management Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple campaigns, ensuring consistency and timely execution
  • Support resales, relocations, and location closures from a marketing perspective
  • Ensure all marketing systems and processes are current and accessible
