The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and management of brand marketing initiatives across Fortified Brands and its portfolio of business units. This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency, managing internal and external creative resources, supporting new business acquisitions, and helping position each business unit for long-term growth and scalability. This position works cross-functionally with leadership, product management, sales, operations, ecommerce, and agency partners to develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, manage assets, and maintain brand standards across multiple businesses and product categories. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, creative, and comfortable managing multiple brands, vendors, deadlines, and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
