As Brand Marketing Lead for Food & Beverage, you will own how Regal’s concessions and guest experiences are positioned, launched, and grown across digital and in-theatre touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and revenue performance, shaping how guests discover, engage with, and return to digitally enabled F&B experiences across web, app, and kiosks. You will be accountable not only for how the brand shows up, but for how effectively marketing drives adoption, conversion, and incremental revenue. Working cross‑functionally with product, analytics, growth, and operations, you’ll turn customer insight and performance data into campaigns that elevate both brand perception and commercial results.
