Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing and Sales, the Brand Manager plays a key role in defining, evolving, and elevating the Groupe Nordik brand. You will act as the guardian of the brand’s DNA, responsible for its consistency, positioning, and deployment across all experiences within our three spas as well as at head office. In a context of growth and multi-site development, you will have the unique opportunity to shape, structure, and amplify a strong, immersive, and distinctive brand.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Have 5 to 7 years of experience in brand management (including a strategic role)
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of branding, positioning, and brand architecture
  • Have a strong aesthetic sense and keen attention to detail
  • Possess a strong ability to influence in a matrix environment
  • Are fluent in French and English

  • Have experience managing creative projects and collaborating with agencies
  • Have experience in public relations or reputation management (an asset)
  • Have experience in tourism, hospitality, or wellness in a multi-site or multi-brand environment (an asset)
  • Are familiar with DAM tools (e.g., MediaValet) (an asset)
  • Enjoys building, structuring, and evolving a brand
  • Has both a creative eye and a strategic mindset
  • Wants to have a tangible impact on an immersive customer experience
  • Is comfortable influencing without direct authority

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a consistent and memorable brand experience
  • Positioning Groupe Nordik as a leader in experiential wellness
  • Defining and overseeing visual identity and brand governance
  • Creating immersive brand environments across communications and physical spaces
  • Mobilizing and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Define and lead the long-term brand strategy, including positioning, value proposition, and brand architecture, based on market, competitive, and trend analysis
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all initiatives by acting as the guardian of the visual identity and approving all creative deliverables
  • Maintain and evolve brand tools (Brand Book, guidelines, DAM platforms) and establish clear and efficient approval processes
  • Develop and oversee the brand experience in physical environments, including wayfinding, experience naming, and the branding of spaces and restaurants, in collaboration with internal teams at each Spa Village
  • Define storytelling and key messaging, ensuring alignment between the brand and the lived customer experience, including measuring brand perception
  • Provide cross-functional leadership by acting as a strategic reference, training teams, and collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Influence strategic decision-making, including presenting recommendations to the executive committee
