The Brand Manager will play a critical role in driving the overall growth, performance, and execution of the Woosh Beauty brand across marketing, retail, operations, and distribution. This individual will serve as a key connector between internal teams and external partners to ensure the brand is positioned for long-term growth and profitability. This role is highly cross-functional and business-oriented, requiring a balance of brand management, commercial strategy, operational coordination, and financial ownership. The Brand Manager will help oversee key areas of brand performance including revenue growth, gross margin improvement, promotional effectiveness, retail execution, and overall P&L performance. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, comfortable managing relationships with retailers, vendors, agencies, and distribution partners, including maintaining ongoing communication and alignment with the distribution center (DC) regarding inventory flow, fulfillment, timelines, and operational performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving business results, building relationships, and helping scale a growing consumer brand in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
