Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leading FMCG or other brand‑driven organization.
  • Proven experience in Brand Marketing; New Product Development experience preferred
  • Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with a strong bias for action, personal accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to uncover insights, synthesize data, and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the brand’s long term Innovation Roadmap (3–5 years) helping identify innovation and renovation opportunities.
  • Drive innovation from idea generation to launch; creating breakthrough product concepts grounded in consumer insights and category trends.
  • Translate insights into compelling innovation concepts, product claims, and packaging direction that strengthen brand equity.
  • Oversee concept testing, claims validation, pack testing, and sensory/product testing with insights partners.
  • Own end to end NPD projects, collaborating with cross-functional partners (such as R&D, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Design, Procurement, and Project Management) to deliver innovation to the market.
  • Partner with Brand and Zone teams to define launch plans and conduct post launch evaluations to inform future strategy.
  • Prepare strategic recommendations for internal reviews and senior leadership alignment.
  • Consolidate and track project P&L (including cost, GM%, estimated sales, etc.)
