Brand Lead (FMB+, Craft)
About The Position
Pepin Distributing is seeking a highly motivated Brand Lead (FMB+ & Craft) to drive execution and performance across a key segment of our portfolio. This role is responsible for aligning supplier priorities, sales execution, inventory readiness, and in-market activation, while leveraging data and insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. This is a hands-on, in-market leadership role designed for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and consistently delivers high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Supplier Leadership & Partnership Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers Lead proactive communication on priorities, incentives, and programming Translate supplier strategies into actionable plans
- Sales Alignment & Market Execution Communicate supplier priorities to sales teams In Market Sales Calls with and without Sales Reps Support execution through tools and program guidance
- Inventory Coordination & Readiness Ensure product availability aligns with programming Identify and communicate risks proactively
- Activation Execution & In-Market Presence Execute activations and manage logistics Conduct field visits and audits
- Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking Analyze sales data and KPIs Provide actionable insights and recaps
- Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate across departments Support launches, resets, and initiatives and pricing
