About The Position

Join P&G's Baby Care team as a Brand Expression Designer focused on digital commerce and social media. This role is for a hands-on creative who will shape how iconic brands are presented across various digital platforms, including social media feeds, digital shelves, and e-commerce sites. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that performs, connects with consumers, and drives action. The position involves working within a fast-paced, in-house design team that operates with startup energy, supported by the resources of a large consumer goods company. The ideal candidate is socially fluent, creatively driven, detail-oriented, and eager to see their work reach a wide audience. This role requires producing a consistent flow of fresh, culturally relevant content weekly and monthly to maintain brand visibility and connection with consumers. Collaboration with animators, designers, and other team members is essential for on-brand executions. The team operates with agility, works iteratively, and maintains a fast pace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related creative field
  • Experience with digital or social media design
  • A design portfolio demonstrating exceptional design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition, visual hierarchy) across various touchpoints, including digital/social.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; motion tools are a plus) and familiarity with Figma.
  • A social-native mindset – understanding trends, formats, and why content performs in feeds.
  • Ability to use AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate ideation and content development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, move fast, and stay organized without losing craft.
  • Collaborative, positive energy and a desire to create and improve work together.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion, simple animation, or short-form video.

Responsibilities

  • Create scroll-stopping brand expression across social, paid media, and digital commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond).
  • Leverage trends and social mindset to design platform-native content (static, simple motion, short-form video, and digital shelf assets) optimized for online consumer behavior.
  • Translate brand strategy, product benefits, and cultural moments into clear, compelling visual ideas.
  • Work quickly and iteratively, responding to briefs, trends, and performance insights with speed and creativity.
  • Maintain and elevate brand consistency while pushing visual systems forward in fresh, modern ways.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in performance marketing, data, design strategy, and media.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools (Adobe Firefly and beyond) to accelerate ideation, iteration, and execution.
  • Iterate work based on feedback, testing, and performance signals to continuously improve impact.
  • Own work from concept through final delivery, demonstrating pride in craft and attention to detail.
