Job Summary: The Brand Experience Specialist will be focused on maximizing the sales of Alice and Olivia, FRAME, and rag & bone product throughout NorthPark Center. This is achieved by offering outstanding customer service, product knowledge, maintaining compelling merchandise presentation, building personal clientele, and educating other colleagues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in retail sales experienced required
  • Strong communication skills. Comfortable communicating with both the brand and stores via email and phone
  • Continuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
  • Ability to bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as needed
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends when business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Previous management experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key vendor partner to the General Manager/Assistant General Manager on all facets of all three brands
  • Responsible for the cultivation of the businesses including customer experience and product presentation
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising brand and store teams ensuring all standards are maintained and that the brand images are elevated
  • Leverage and motivate store partners and leadership teams to achieve the sales goals set by each brand, in addition to working closely with all brand partners
  • Lead store-line product knowledge and selling education tools
  • Effectively report on Daily KPI’s, Weekly Recaps and tracking business to plans weekly, monthly and seasonally
  • Analyze data and ground intelligence to identify and capitalize on key business opportunities
  • Cultivate a customer centric team culture
  • Communicate priorities and business-driving information to ensure leadership is aligned and equipped to maximize opportunities
