About The Position

Exostar is seeking a Senior Brand & Digital Experience Designer to lead the evolution of our brand presence and digital customer experience. This role serves as the steward of the Exostar brand and is responsible for shaping how customers, partners, and industry stakeholders experience Exostar across digital channels. The position owns brand governance, website experience, UX/UI strategy, visual design, and creative execution, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across all customer-facing touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on creator who combines expertise in brand management, digital design, user experience, and website strategy. This individual will partner closely with product marketing, demand generation, sales, and executive leadership to elevate Exostar's brand and modernize its digital presence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, digital experience, UX/UI design, creative leadership, or related disciplines
  • Proven experience leading brand development, visual identity systems, and creative governance
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, UX/UI, branding, and website experience
  • Experience developing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools
  • Experience partnering with website development teams and managing digital experience initiatives
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, aerospace & defense, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with WordPress or enterprise content management systems
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience leading website redesign or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience developing visual storytelling and executive-level communications
  • Familiarity with website analytics and user behavior analysis tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary steward of the Exostar brand, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards, visual identity systems, templates, and creative guidelines
  • Partner with marketing leadership to strengthen brand positioning and market differentiation
  • Review and guide creative execution across campaigns, events, digital experiences, and corporate communications
  • Drive consistency and excellence across all customer-facing visual touchpoints
  • Own the strategic direction and ongoing evolution of Exostar's website and digital experiences
  • Improve website usability, navigation, accessibility, and overall customer engagement
  • Develop user journeys, information architecture recommendations, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Identify opportunities to simplify complex customer experiences and improve solution discovery
  • Collaborate with internal and external web development resources to implement enhancements and new capabilities
  • Support website modernization initiatives and future digital experience investments
  • Lead UX/UI strategy and best practices across digital properties
  • Conduct user experience reviews and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to validate concepts and improve customer interactions
  • Apply customer insights, analytics, and usability principles to improve engagement and satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain design systems that support consistency and scalability
  • Create and oversee high-quality digital and print assets that support corporate marketing, product marketing, events, sales enablement, and executive communications
  • Design infographics, presentations, web graphics, campaign assets, event materials, and visual storytelling content
  • Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and support business objectives
  • Manage external creative resources and agency partners as needed
  • Use website analytics, user feedback, and industry best practices to continuously improve digital experiences
  • Monitor emerging trends in digital design, accessibility, user experience, and customer engagement
  • Recommend new technologies, approaches, and innovations that strengthen Exostar's digital presence
  • Help define the long-term roadmap for digital experience and brand evolution
