About The Position

As a manager, you’ll help manage our presence at fairs, festivals, community events, and trade shows—while coaching your team, uplifting morale, and keeping energy high. Previous leadership experience or experience in retail, events, customer service, or promotions is a bonus — but not required

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Marketing Representatives at events
Model high-energy engagement by interacting with homeowners and supporting your team on-site
Ensure booths are set up professionally, on-brand, and ready for high-traffic environments
Support staffing schedules, event coordination, and daily shift operations
Track team performance and provide real-time feedback to help reps hit lead goals
Meet with previous customers in their homes to collect feedback, ask for reviews and referrals
Maintain strong relationships with event coordinators, and internal leaders
