TLDR
•$211,500 - $253,500•Remote

About The Position

TLDR is hiring its first dedicated brand and editorial marketer to build a content engine that brings the company’s data, insights, and perspective to the forefront. The role turns positioning and audience insights into content that strengthens the TLDR brand, supports Sales, and tests new narratives and channels. It reports to the VP of Marketing and works closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation. It is an individual-contributor role designed for a hands-on player-coach who sets standards and produces high-quality work. The marketer will define TLDR’s voice and story, establish editorial strategy and a story pipeline, and turn first-party audience and performance data into publishable insights. The role also develops B2B sales assets and consumer-facing brand work, explores formats and channels such as video and social campaigns, and ensures consistent editorial quality across the Content Studio and curator output. Within six months, success includes publishing a year-ahead editorial calendar with a defined B2B cadence and consumer moments; writing and applying brand voice and tone guidelines; producing useful B2B assets; and creating a functioning story pipeline for channel execution. Within twelve months, content should contribute measurably to inbound demand, brand-voice review should be an established function owned by the marketer, and consumer-facing narrative and campaign work should be underway.
