The Director, Brand will define, shape, and scale brand architecture across Veridian’s entire portfolio of existing and future brands, and subsequently expand into new markets. This leader shall assume ownership of the branding and creative vision across all channels, including paid media, web platforms, social engagement, and offline executions, with the objective of ensuring that every consumer interaction reinforces trust, clarity, and emotional resonance. Furthermore, this role encompasses the leadership of the website, landing pages, messaging frameworks, and creative strategy, alongside the development of a repeatable playbook for the successful execution of new brand development and market launches. The Director, Brand plays a pivotal role in building admired, category-leading home services brands that are effective in driving measurable impact on customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
