The Brand Development Manager will be responsible for working with Sales Managers to build and implement brand strategies, develop measurable brand programs for sales consultants, and compile and communicate sales data. This role involves providing updates to supplier representatives, training sales staff and trade customers on innovation plans, and researching local marketing opportunities. The Brand Development Manager will also coordinate promotional brand activity, survey accounts with supplier reps and sales staff, and stay current with brand knowledge specific to Odom Corporation brands. Flexibility and professionalism are expected when supporting the sales team.
