About The Position

InMobi is building a global brand for the invisible infrastructure that connects billions of users to the content, commerce, and advertising they see every day. This role is responsible for making that brand visible and compelling. The ideal candidate is a brand designer with at least six years of experience in identity and visual systems work, as well as day-to-day marketing production. This role requires the ability to partner on identity work with the Creative Director and handle high-volume production of campaign materials for global markets. The designer must be able to work from rough briefs, possess a strong point of view on design principles, articulate design decisions to various stakeholders, manage projects independently, and proactively identify timeline risks. This position offers a high level of ownership and visibility for impactful work.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in brand or marketing design, ideally across in-house and agency
  • A portfolio with both identity work and campaign work, and clarity on what was yours
  • Deep command of typography, hierarchy, composition, and layout
  • Obsessive attention to detail across static and motion work
  • Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint (presentation design is a real part of this role)
  • Experience building brand systems that work across digital and physical formats
  • Comfortable holding several workstreams at once and making your own calls on priority
  • Production-ready file prep for digital, print, and large format
  • Comfortable integrating AI tools into a modern design workflow

Nice To Haves

  • Motion or animation (After Effects, Figma prototyping, 3D)
  • Experiential or event design background

  • Asana, Frontify, Ceros, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Design campaigns, events and trade show environments, keynote and sales decks, OOH, web, social, and print, from concept through delivery
  • Extend and maintain the brand system so it holds across regions, products, and audiences, and gives the wider team something to move fast with
  • Carry high-volume, quick-turnaround work without letting craft slip
  • Produce with a high level of detail across every format, from static layouts to motion. Kerning, spacing, easing, and timing all get the same scrutiny.
  • Partner with product marketing, events, content, motion, sales, and outside production. Scoping, timelines, and shipping are yours.
  • Present design with a point of view, and treat feedback as a constructive element that makes the next iteration better
  • Build the templates and asset library so nobody rebuilds the same file twice
