About The Position

The Brand Coordinator will support the execution and day-to-day management of MeUndies' creator programs, including UGC creators, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors. This role involves coordinating affiliate program operations, reviewing creator content, assisting in developing creator briefs and campaign materials, and managing influencer gifting programs. Additionally, the Brand Coordinator will help plan and execute brand events, support ambassador and community marketing programs, conduct research on competitive, cultural, and social trends, and maintain project trackers, marketing calendars, and campaign documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and day-to-day management of MeUndies' creator programs, including UGC creators, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate affiliate program operations, including media order placement, partner communications, and ongoing collaboration with affiliate agency partners.
  • Review creator content and identify high-performing, on-brand assets for use across social, paid media, email, and other marketing channels.
  • Assist in developing creator briefs, product seeding strategies, and campaign materials to support brand and product launches.
  • Coordinate influencer gifting programs, including product selection, shipment logistics, tracking, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand events, pop-ups, partnerships, and experiential activations.
  • Support ambassador and community marketing programs, including communications, product fulfillment, and activation logistics.
  • Conduct competitive, cultural, and social trend research, sharing insights and emerging opportunities with the broader marketing team.
  • Maintain project trackers, marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and reporting to support team organization and execution.
