About The Position

The Brand Coordinator is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in marketing and brand management while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience from day one. You will help turn marketing ideas and plans into action. That means keeping projects organized, supporting campaigns and new product launches, coordinating details across teams, and making sure important work keeps moving. This is not a role where you will spend your first year watching from the sidelines. You will contribute to real projects across brand marketing, packaging, retail programs, digital content, events, and our tasting room, while learning from an experienced marketing team. The right person is smart, curious, highly organized, and eager to learn while doing. You do not need to arrive knowing everything. You do need to take initiative, ask good questions, be resourceful and scrappy, follow through and care about doing excellent work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Internship, campus leadership, project or early professional experience that demonstrates initiative and responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident, written, and verbal communication.
  • The ability to manage several priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Comfort working with timelines, calendars, estimates, vendors and detailed project requirements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn project management and creative workflow systems.
  • Genuine interest in brands, consumers, creativity, and business.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

Nice To Haves

  • You are naturally curious and eager to learn.
  • You like bringing order and clarity to moving pieces.
  • You take initiative rather than waiting to be told every next step.
  • You communicate clearly, kindly, and directly.
  • You care about both the big idea and the small details.
  • You are comfortable planning carefully and pivoting quickly.
  • You enjoy being part of a team but can also take ownership independently.
  • You believe no task is beneath you when it helps the team succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage the brand marketing calendar and coordinate project schedules across campaigns, innovation, Sales, retail programs and the tasting room.
  • Log, schedule and track projects from kickoff through completion, keeping timelines, milestones, approvals and next steps clear.
  • Coordinate kickoff meetings, check-ins and status updates, documenting decisions and following up on action items.
  • Process incoming project requests and work with Marketing leadership to prioritize assignments based on business needs, timing and team capacity.
  • Help forecast upcoming work and resource needs with Marketing leadership.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, proactively identifying delays, competing priorities, or missing information.
  • Close, archive and organize completed projects, final assets and key learnings so the team can easily find and reuse them on our Marketing Team Server.
  • Review creative briefs and make sure required deliverables, specifications and deadlines are clearly defined before work begins.
  • Act as a liaison among Marketing, Creative, Sales and other internal stakeholders, sharing timelines, proofs, feedback and approvals.
  • Consolidate feedback and help assigned team members understand priorities and next steps.
  • Route creative work for internal review and approval while helping keep projects on schedule.
  • Work extremely closely with internal creative team members, freelancers, agencies, photographers, printers and other vendors to help manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of brand campaigns, seasonal programs and new product launches—with special focus on ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Support innovation projects through packaging development and sales samples.
  • Organize photography, brand assets, product information and other resources used across retail, digital, Sales and marketing channels.
  • Stay curious about consumers, culture, retail, wine, and broader beverage trends, bringing useful ideas and inspiration to the team.
  • Maintain and organize the digital asset library used for national account product pages, retailer submissions, and remote selling tools.
  • Serve as a point of contact for receiving, organizing and storing market photos, program recaps and retailer materials.
  • Coordinate customer-specific requests, digital asset submissions, product information, and marketing tools.
  • Communicate clearly with the Sales team about available materials, deadlines and delivery timing.
  • Place orders and coordinate the production, delivery and distribution of point-of-sale materials, product samples, PR packages, and competition entries.
  • Obtain and organize vendor estimates, helping identify solutions that deliver strong quality and value for Oliver.
  • Track orders, delivery schedules, and inventory to make sure materials arrive where and when they are needed.
  • Help plan and execute photoshoots, tastings, off-site presentations, customer meetings, events, and internal brand activities.
