Established in 1972, Mount Vernon School serves over 1,250 students in Preschool through Grade 12 on its 40-acre Atlanta campus. Grounded in Christian values, Mount Vernon prepares all students to be college-ready, globally competitive, and engaged citizen leaders. Mount Vernon School anchors the Mount Vernon Organization as a destination of inquiry, innovation, and impact. Through MVSO, the online division of our Upper School, and MV Ventures, our research and educational consultancy, our organization is living its mission to design a better world by providing unique and differentiated value for all community members now and into the future. The Brand Team functions as an internal marketing, creative, and communications agency. The Brand Team serves the entire Mount Vernon Organization, including the School, MVSO - the Virtual Global Campus, and Ventures - the educational consultancy. The team includes the Chief Brand Development Officer, Director of Web Development & Digital Experience, 2 Graphic Designers, Brand Content & Production Specialist, and Made in MV Store Manager, each contributing to strategic storytelling, visual design, and digital engagement. Highly collaborative and primarily in-person, with some hybrid flexibility, the team leverages digital tools and frequent touchpoints to produce an incredible number of high-quality assets that elevate the Mount Vernon identity. The Brand Content & Production Specialist is a highly organized, hands-on member of the Mount Vernon Brand team responsible for bringing the brand to life across social media, photography and print. Working across Mount Vernon School (MVS), Mount Vernon School Online (MVSO), and Mount Vernon Ventures, this role manages content calendars, coordinates photography, publishes social content and oversees all in-house and external print production from approved creative through final delivery. With two graphic designers already on the Brand team, this position serves as the content and production engine that moves ideas from planning to execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized and who knows how to make things happen. They can build a content calendar, coordinate a photographer, publish a Reel, organize a photo library, review a print proof and communicate with a vendor, all while keeping projects on schedule and the brand experience consistent.
