About The Position

Every client has a story. Every member of our team has a story. We’re looking for someone who can bring those stories to life. The Brand and Content Manager is responsible for shaping and expanding the Firm’s brand while creating engaging content that educates, builds trust and strengthens relationships with clients, referral partners, employees and the community. This position oversees all creative content, social media, video production, graphic design, reputation management, event and community engagement initiatives. The Brand & Content Manager ensures consistent brand identity across every platform while producing content that supports the Firm’s marketing and business development goals. As our Brand & Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for building a recognizable, trusted brand through compelling content, creative campaigns, social media content, community engagement and reputation management. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our Firm is seen by clients, referral partners and the communities we serve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in branding, content creation and/or social media marketing
  • Experience in legal services marketing
  • Proficiency in creative and social media management platforms
  • Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Experience with photography, videography, graphic design and content production
  • Strong project management skills
  • Highly creative with exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Developing engaging content across digital platforms
  • Managing the Firm’s social media presence
  • Produce videos, photography and creative assets
  • Writing blogs, newsletters and website content
  • Managing client reviews and online reputation
  • Coordinating community events and outreach initiatives
  • Ensuring brand consistency across every marketing channel
  • implementing, managing, and monitoring paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Build brand awareness and positioning in our market
  • Maintain and strengthen the Firm’s brand identity, ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • create blogs, articles, newsletters, website content, attorney profiles and client testimonials, develop educational legal content for digital platforms and maintain a content calendar
  • manage all social media platforms, develop content calendars, créate and publish engaging posts, reels and stories and monitor engagement and interaction
  • produce and edit photography and video content, design graphics for digital and print marketing and support advertising campaigns with creative assets
  • Oversee Good Reviews and client feedback initiatives, develop testimonial campaigns, and monitor online reputation and directory listings
  • coordinate sponsorships, networking events, charitable initiatives, community outreach and business development events
  • work closely with the Director of Marketing and Firm Leadership to align creative initiatives with strategic marketing goals and coordinate with attorneys and staff to showcase firm success and culture
