About The Position

At Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Anchorage, we represent some of the most recognized and trusted brands in the country. The Brand Specialist is responsible for guiding guests through the vehicle purchase process with clarity, confidence, and hospitality. This is not a pressure-based sales role. It’s a consultative, relationship-driven position where preparation, follow-up, and integrity win long term. You’ll work with a strong leadership team, structured processes, and steady traffic in a market that values trust.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Competitive but coachable
- Strong communicator and listener
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Comfortable working weekends
- Motivated by performance-based compensation
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience highly valued
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
- Present features, benefits, and financing options clearly and professionally
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and consistent follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and gross objectives
- Deliver a seamless handoff to F&I and service teams
- Maintain deep knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac product lines
