About The Position

Quite Remarkable (QR) is seeking a Brand & Communications Manager to work closely with the CMO in shaping and executing the brand across all touchpoints. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role at the center of marketing, communications, and content—ideal for someone who can think strategically while operating with precision. You will play a key role in building QR’s voice, presence, and momentum—across social, editorial, partnerships, and thought leadership—while helping ensure alignment and execution across initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand roles
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial instincts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A refined understanding of brand, culture, travel, and lifestyle
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • You have a proven track record of using generative AI for creative production and machine learning for audience segmentation

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CMO to execute marketing and communications initiatives across channels
  • Support the development and rollout of campaigns, announcements, events and brand moments
  • Help manage cross-functional marketing priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist with external communications, including press, partnerships, and speaking opportunities
  • Own and manage QR’s social media presence and publishing calendar
  • Create and curate content aligned with the brand’s voice and visual identity
  • Contribute to editorial storytelling across social, blog, and brand channels
  • Support the development of a distinct and consistent brand voice
  • Act as a central coordinator across creative, marketing, and external partners
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities across initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive execution with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Support the development of the brand voice across all platforms
  • Assist in managing speaking opportunities and visibility efforts
  • Contribute to partnerships, awards, and brand storytelling initiatives
  • You’ll design, own, and evolve agentic workflows that dramatically expand your leverage.
