About The Position

We're a multi-market PR and communications agency with a growing presence in New York. Our work spans fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, and more - and our New York showroom is at the heart of it. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to jump in across PR, showroom operations, events, and creative projects. Kindly note, we are hiring two people for this position during the fall term. New York based candidates only please. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in PR, communications, fashion, or a related field (This internship is credit-based only)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Genuinely passionate about beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Based in New York or able to commute into the office three days a week

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team on media and influencer list building, keeping contacts current and well-organised
• Assisting with outreach to press and talent, helping draft and send notes as needed
• Tracking press coverage across client accounts and maintaining clip trackers
• Creating and formatting coverage clips, sharing regular updates with the internal team
• Supporting guest list management for events and brand activations, from building the list to confirmations and day-of logistics
• Handling inbound and outbound client product, logging samples, managing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory
• Managing gifting logistics end-to-end - from coordinating send-outs to tracking deliveries and following up on coverage
• Keeping the showroom well-organised, stocked, and always press-ready
