About The Position

As Brand & Content Manager, you own the strategy, execution, and quality of ServerMania’s brand identity and content experience across all channels. You lead product positioning efforts, drive creative direction, manage social media presence, and oversee internal and external resources to produce consistent, high-impact content. This role also leads the website's structure and messaging and collaborates across departments to support product launches, campaigns, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, content, or digital marketing, with proven ownership of multi-channel strategy and messaging
  • Strong track record of leading brand direction across web, email, social media, and video platforms
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, engineering) to deliver clear and compelling content
  • Demonstrated ability to manage writers, vendors, or freelancers, with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency
  • Skilled in content management systems (CMS), social scheduling tools, and basic performance reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a brand-first mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing both strategy and execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve ServerMania’s brand identity across visual and messaging touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets, including web, social, email, video, and product.
  • Build campaign messaging, battlecards, and product narratives in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
  • Review and approve design deliverables to maintain high creative standards and alignment with strategy.
  • Own and execute the content strategy across blogs, knowledge base, web pages, emails, and video.
  • Manage writer output, provide structured briefs and feedback, and ensure brand voice consistency.
  • Oversee content quality assurance and publish assets via the CMS.
  • Direct information architecture and visual hierarchy for the company website.
  • Manage internal linking strategies, page creation, layout planning, and navigation updates.
  • Collaborate with the dev team to implement SEO, UX, and conversion optimization best practices.
  • Mentor writers; delegate tasks to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Dev, Sales, and Ops to support content accuracy and alignment.
  • Track and manage content production spend; reduce costs through strategic outsourcing.
  • Respond to online reviews and social media feedback in a brand-aligned tone.
  • Oversee campaign execution across email, video, and product announcements.
  • Support CRM funnel design and automation for improved lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze web, social, and content performance metrics; deliver insights to refine strategy.
  • Stay ahead of trends in branding, content, SEO, and hosting industry best practices.
