About The Position

FutureFit AI's mission is to help more people get to better jobs faster and cheaper, with a specific focus on those facing barriers to opportunity. Our AI-powered platform brings efficiency and insight to workforce development, replacing outdated systems and unlocking human potential at scale. We are seeking a Brand & Content Lead to own how FutureFit AI shows up in the world, including its voice, story, social presence, and the operational backbone of our video series on the future of work. This role is part of the Strategy & Operations / Manage pillar and will help define the brand holistically, with a primary focus on LinkedIn as the main platform and short-form video as the primary medium. The goal is to earn attention in a serious industry rather than chase it.

Requirements

  • One to five years in brand, content, marketing, or media production.
  • Demonstrated fluency with LinkedIn as a B2B platform, understanding what resonates in a professional industry.
  • Comfort with short-form video as a creative and editorial tool, including briefing editors, QAing cuts, writing hooks, and understanding pacing for vertical formats.
  • Sharp written communication skills, with the ability to draft in a consistent voice across different platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent shipping cadence.
  • Fluency with the modern AI toolkit for content production and operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience producing or operating a B2B video podcast.
  • Content experience in B2G, government, philanthropy, or otherwise regulated industries.
  • Light video editing skills.
  • Background in workforce development, AI, or B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Operational ownership of the video series on the future of work, including production cadence, guest pipeline, and publishing rhythm.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent FutureFit AI voice across the website, social media, presentations, episode collateral, and founder communications.
  • Manage LinkedIn and short-form video content, ensuring a steady cadence of clips, posts, and supercuts that are relevant to a serious industry.
  • Create written content such as show notes, episode pages, guest bios, newsletter copy, and founder communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Growth teams on content distribution, and with external production partners on the video series.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of USD $80,000 to $130,000 in New York and CAD $75,000 to $115,000 in Toronto.
  • Opportunity to work on a mission-driven company focused on economic inequality and the future of work.
  • Hybrid work environment in New York City or Toronto.
  • Potential for travel up to once per quarter for show recordings, offsites, or events.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion, with reasonable accommodation provided for individuals with disabilities.
