About The Position

Momentum Solar is hiring Brand Ambassadors to work inside BJ's Wholesale Club. You will be stationed at a table inside BJ's during club hours, talking with members who pass by. Training covers everything you need to know about solar. The role involves striking up conversations with shoppers, discussing the benefits of solar energy, and booking free consultations with the design team for interested members.

Requirements

• Must be 18+.
• Must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends.
• Genuinely like people and can start a conversation with anyone.
• Stay upbeat through a slow hour.
• Show up on time, every time.
• Present yourself professionally and follow BJ's in-club standards.

Responsibilities

• Talk to shoppers as they come through BJ's Wholesale Club.
• Strike up conversations with members who pass by.
• Discuss what solar could do for their electric bill.
• Book qualified members for a free consultation with the design team.
