About The Position
Momentum Solar is hiring Brand Ambassadors to work inside BJ's Wholesale Club. No experience required. You will be stationed at a table inside BJ's during club hours, talking with members who pass by. Training covers everything you need to know about solar. Your role involves engaging shoppers, initiating conversations about solar energy's potential impact on their electric bills, and booking free consultations with the design team for interested individuals.
Requirements
- Must be 18+.
- Can work a retail schedule, including weekends.
- Genuinely like people and can start a conversation with anyone.
- Stay upbeat through a slow hour.
- Show up on time, every time.
- Present yourself professionally and follow BJ's in-club standards.
Responsibilities
- Talk to shoppers as they come through BJ's Wholesale Club.
- Strike up conversations with members who pass by the table.
- Ask shoppers if they have considered what solar could do for their electric bill.
- Book free consultations with the design team for interested members.
