About The Position

Momentum Solar is hiring Brand Ambassadors to work inside BJ's Wholesale Club. No experience required. You will be stationed at a table inside BJ's during club hours, talking with members who pass by. Training covers everything you need to know about solar. The role involves approaching shoppers, initiating conversations about solar energy's potential benefits for their electric bills, and booking free consultations with the design team for interested individuals.

Requirements

• Must be 18+.
• Must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends.
• Genuinely like people and can start a conversation with anyone.
• Stay upbeat through a slow hour.
• Show up on time, every time.
• Present yourself professionally and follow BJ's in-club standards.

Responsibilities

• Talk to shoppers as they come through BJ's Wholesale Club.
• Be stationed at a table inside BJ's during club hours.
• Talk with members who pass by.
• Strike up conversations with members.
• Ask members if they have considered what solar could do for their electric bill.
• Book free consultations with the design team for interested members.
