About The Position

We are looking for enthusiastic brand representatives who are excited about Doona’s cutting-edge products. This role involves visiting retail locations every other month for one hour per store, typically 1-2 stores per market. Brand reps should be knowledgeable and passionate about the baby gear industry to educate customers and store associates on the innovative functionality of Doona products. Knowledge can come from industry experience or personal use of baby gear. This is an ideal opportunity for parents, grandparents, teachers, daycare providers, or anyone interested in educating others on baby gear and seeking supplemental income, offering a low hourly commitment with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and excited about Doona’s cutting edge products
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the baby gear industry
• Ability to educate customers and store associates on the innovative functionality of Doona products
• Knowledge derived from working in the industry or using baby gear in daily life
• A smart device with internet access (iOS version 15.0, Android version 10.0 or above)
• Completion of Brand Rep certification before store visits can begin

Responsibilities

• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in your market
• Build meaningful relationships with store teams
• Engage with associates & consumers to train and increase Doona’s brand awareness and present them with the features and benefits of products
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and written summaries, using ThirdChannel app on a smart device
• Improve brand visibility and presentation for Doona’s products
• Ensure merchandising directives/standards are met
