About The Position

This position is for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador for Doona products. The role involves visiting retail locations once a month for one hour to educate customers and store associates on the innovative functionality of Doona baby gear. Candidates should be knowledgeable and passionate about the baby gear industry, whether through professional experience or personal use. It's a flexible opportunity suitable for individuals like parents, grandparents, teachers, or daycare providers looking for supplemental income. Store visits are scheduled Monday-Thursday, with a low hourly commitment designed to fit into various schedules.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and excited about Doona’s cutting edge products
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the baby gear industry
• Ability to visit retail locations once a month, for one hour
• Completion of Brand Rep certification before store visits can begin
• Possession of a smart device with internet access (iOS version 15.0, Android version 10.0 or above)

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge from working in the baby gear industry
• Experience using baby gear in daily life (e.g., as a parent, grandparent, teacher, daycare provider)
• Interest in educating others on baby gear
• Looking for supplemental income

Responsibilities

• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in your market
• Build meaningful relationships with store teams
• Engage with associates & consumers to train and increase Doona’s brand awareness and present them with the features and benefits of products
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and written summaries, using ThirdChannel app on a smart device
• Improve brand visibility and presentation for Doona’s products
• Ensure merchandising directives/standards are met
