As a Hidden Grounds Brand Ambassador representing both Hidden Grounds and Aramark, you are an extension of both brands, serving as the bridge that connects our shared values, mission, and commitment to delivering exceptional quality, hospitality, and guest experiences. Serving as the highest authority on-site, you are entrusted with upholding the standards of both organizations, leading the food and beverage team to create exceptional food, coffee, and service that bring people together.

Responsibilities

• Represent both Hidden Grounds and Aramark with professionalism, and positivity
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Promote Hidden Grounds' story, and culture while supporting Aramark's commitment to hospitality and operational excellence.
• Educate customers and team about menu offerings, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Provide feedback that helps improve customer experiences.
• Follow all Hidden Grounds and Aramark policies, safety standards, and professional expectations.
• Works three (3) bar shifts weekly to remain connected to daily operations
• Leads all coffee-side onboarding and ongoing training
• Participates in interviewing and hiring.
