About The Position

We're looking for outgoing, dependable, and enthusiastic people to join our Brand Ambassador team! This is a great opportunity to represent a national consumer brand through in-store product sampling, community events, and promotional activations. If you enjoy interacting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and working a flexible weekend schedule, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching shoppers
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Reliable transportation
• Able to stand for the duration of each shift
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Brand Ambassador, product demonstration, retail, customer service, promotional, hospitality, event staffing, or sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Sample products and engage with shoppers
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits
• Answer customer questions and encourage product trial
• Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming shopping experience
• Assist with light event setup and breakdown
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station
• Submit a brief event recap and photos after each activation
• Represent the brand professionally at in-store events and community activations
