About The Position

Shugarman’s Bath is hiring a Promoter / Brand Ambassador to represent the company inside Sam’s Club. The role focuses on engaging shoppers, generating interest in bathroom remodeling, and scheduling free in-home consultations with Design Consultants. The Promoter is not expected to sell a bathroom or close a remodeling project; the primary goal is to book appointments that result in in-home consultations. The position pays $20 per hour, plus a $100 bonus for each appointment that results in an in-home consultation. The posting says many team members earn $30–$40 per hour with bonuses. It is a part-time role of approximately 30 hours per week, across five shifts. The position is employed by Shugarman’s Bath, not Sam’s Club, and successful candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check. Nice To Haves

Previous experience in retail sales, inside sales, outside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, hospitality sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role is a strong fit.
