Position Overview We are seeking outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors / Lead Setters. In this role, you’ll represent Closet Factory DFW at retail partner locations(Costco/Lowe's), events, community activation, trade shows, and inside our Mobile Showroom. Your primary focus will be connecting with potential customers, creating excitement around our brand, and scheduling complimentary in-home design consultations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people, sales, marketing, events, or hospitality and is looking for a long-term career path with growth potential.

Reliable transportation and punctuality
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner
Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
Represent Closet Factory DFW at Lowe’s, Costco, home shows, community events, and promotional activation
Help create a memorable and positive customer experience
Educate customers on our products, services, and brand story
Assist with Mobile Showroom events and promotional setup/breakdown
Track leads and customer interactions accurately
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve goals
Become knowledgeable about our custom storage solutions and design process
