About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking a high-energy Brand Ambassador - Lead Generation Specialist to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role involves talking with shoppers, generating interest, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It offers a guaranteed base pay of $18 per hour plus unlimited weekly bonuses for qualified appointments; top performers regularly earn $25–$35+ per hour, with the potential to earn more. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, and the role may offer career growth into sales and leadership. This is a flexible opportunity with schedules that may include days, evenings, and weekends. No experience is required. The position does not involve hard selling or cold calling.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- A smartphone.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Confidence starting conversations with strangers and comfort moving on after hearing “no.”
- Interest in a performance-based environment where effort can affect earnings.
