About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador - Lead Generation Specialist to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role focuses on friendly conversations with shoppers, generating interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It does not involve hard selling or cold calling.

The position offers a $20-per-hour base rate plus unlimited weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment. Compensation is described as $25–$35+ per hour when base pay and bonuses are combined, with top performers potentially earning more. The schedule is flexible and may include days, evenings, and weekends. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with opportunities for career growth into sales and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be comfortable starting conversations with strangers and hearing “no.”

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, or sales. No experience is required; paid training is provided.
